SwiftPAC embolization coil in a flow model

Large sinonasal tumor supplied by bilateral internal maxillary and right ascending pharyngeal arteries. Bilateral carotids + vertebrals angiogram
followed by selective bilateral IMA and right ascending pharyngeal embolization using 350–500 µm particles and Swift coils.
Access Set-Up: BENCHMARK071 95 cm, ACCESS25 Delivery Microcatheter, Terumo Neuro Headway DUO 156 cm. Devascularization was achieved before surgery without reflux or nontarget
embolization.
Coil sequence: POD400 3 mm √ó 20 cm, (3) PAC400 60 cm, PAC400 40 cm, SwiftSET Coil 1 mm √ó 5 cm, (2) SwiftPAC Coils 3 cm‚Äã
