The Ruby^™ Embolisation Platform consists of large volume high-density platinum coils designed for arterial and venous embolisation within the peripheral vasculature.

System Overview

Consisting of Ruby Coil, POD^™, Packing Coil, LANTERN^™ High-Flow Microcatheter, and Low Profile (LP) System, this system works in conjunction to help facilitate simplified and efficient embolisation procedures.

Ruby coils^a are designed to be thicker and softer to densely pack, creating a mechanical occlusion with the potential for less reliance on thrombus formation. Ruby coils have shown low rates of recanalisation of 2.2%¹
