Penumbra System

Share

The Penumbra System is a fully-integrated system designed specifically for mechanical thrombectomy by aspiration. It is intended for use in the revascularisation of patients with acute ischemic stroke secondary to intracranial large vessel occlusions. The Penumbra System includes Penumbra ACE and MAX Reperfusion Catheters, Hi-Flow Aspiration Tubing, 3D Revascularization Device, Penumbra Pump MAX aspiration source, and Penumbra MAX Canister.

Penumbra Pump MAX delivers high vacuum through Penumbra Hi-Flow Aspiration Tubing, and Penumbra ACE and MAX Reperfusion Catheters. The Penumbra System is engineered to maximise aspiration power for clot removal. The 3D Revascularization Device is designed and optimised for aspiration with Penumbra ACE Reperfusion Catheters.
