Production Supervisor

Description: supervises all production activities and ensures that processes are performed according to current standard operating procedures

Duties and Responsibilities Overview:

• Supervise production and pilot lines and coordinates the scheduling of people , materials and equipment
• Perform all personnel related functions related to production assembly staff including hiring, training and performance evaluations
  
• Interact with production, quality control and process engineering departments to coordinate and resolve production related issues
  
• Prepare production reports and reviews log history reports

Education: high school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: 2 - 4 years direct production assembly and cleanroom experience, 1 - 2, years supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
