The ideal candidate is a dependable, energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under general supervision. This entry level position is ideal for a college graduate with an interest in the medical field who has excellent telephone and customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; is a quick learner, a team player, and displays a helpful attitude and the ability to listen and communicate with different personalities. Knowledge of the medical field is not required, but candidate must demonstrate and understanding of customers' urgent and unique needs.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by taking and processing customer telephone, e-mail or fax orders
- Enter orders into QAD
- Fulfill customer orders including selecting and preparing product for shipment
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Interface with the sales department to provide accurate reports of daily sales and manage sales representatives' demo products and sales samples
Position Qualifications:
- Typing 50 wpm, and 10 key by touch
- PC Skills: Microsoft Office Suite and QAD
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Proven problem resolution abilities and works well under pressure
- College degree
